    General Medicine:

    • Yearly Vaccination packages for Dogs, Cats and Some Exotics
    • Full Physical Exams for any type of ailment
    • On-Site CBC and Blood Chemistry availability
    • On-Site Radiology Capability with digital Processing for film
    • Tonometry (eye pressure measurement ) NEW INSTRUMENT called a TONOPEN for management of glaucoma or other conditions that result in either high or low pressure.

    All aspects of General Internal Medicine are Provided:

    This covers skin, eye, endocrine (thyroid, diabetes, etc.), kidneys, GI tract, bladder problems, etc. etc.

    General Surgery:

    (We stress Pain Management and will gladly discuss any questions you have!)

    Soft Tissue:

    • Presurgical blood Screening to increase anesthesia safety
    • Spays
    • Neuters
    • Abdominal Exploratory (Foreign Body, Pyometra, Tumors, Intussusceptions, GDV, etc., etc. )
    • Thoracic Exploratory (Punctures, Exploration, Lung Lobe Torsion. etc, etc…)
    • Biopsy
    • Tumor Removal
    • General Ophthalmic Surgery (eye Surgery)
    • Skin Grafting and Wound Closure or Management
    • Almost any “general” soft tissue surgery

    Orthopedic (Bone):

    Fracture Repair (IM Pins, Some Plating and External fixation offered)

    Knee Reconstruction:

    • Anterior Cruciate Rupture Repair (References to clients and referring veterinarians if requested)
    • Patella Luxation Repair (Contact us for a consult on available repair options)
    • ( I would like to note here that this should be done PRIOR to onset of severe cartilage wear and loss of use due to osteoarthritis.)
    • Luxated Elbow
    • Luxated Shoulder (case by case basis)

    Coxofemoral Luxation (Hip out of Joint):

    • FHO (Generally for Cats and smaller dogs, but also in some cases of severe osteoarthritis)
    • Open Reduction With Stabilization ( generally reserved for larger {35 pounds and over} and also the younger active “working” dog.)
    • Some Post-Trauma Reconstructive Surgery offered


    General dental cleaning and care are offered ..Referral available for special procedures.


    We offer full boarding services for both cats and dogs, all in an indoor climate-controlled environment. Cats and dogs have their own separate boarding areas to help maintain a comfortable atmosphere during their stay.

    Hospitalized Pets:

    • We have a separate Intensive Care Area for pets most in need of attention.
    • We have an incubator for puppies, kittens or smaller patients in shock, etc.
    • We have a THREE True Isolation Wards that allows us to treat sick pets with highly contagious diseases without exposing our other patients in the hospital
